Zemanta tech demo at Minibar.

On Friday I went down to London to see the presentation of Zemanta at the Minibar and hang around with the guys again. They had a presentation of their work and what they did in further development since they were chosen as the winners of Seedcamp.

They presented a workable demo of their technology. The whole crowd that gathered there was impressed, because Andraž Tori really made an enthusiastic and great speech of their demo. The demo is not yet public, but go to their website and apply to their newsletter, where you will get new information as soon as it is out.

The other presentation I liked was from fav.or.it which is a new RSS Reader and Blogging Platform. The thing I liked the most is that I usually read about 100 RSS feeds a day and sometimes I would like to comment on a post. At that time I have to click on the title which opens their site, have to find a comment button and it just takes a lot of time to do that. With fav.or.it it is easier as you can directly comment at the end of the post in the reader and just click add comment and it posts it on the blog. Great stuff I can’t wait to try out the public beta which will soon be released.
