One of the famous Swiss things is of course chocolate. Their Sprügli candy and sweets is well known around here and it is the best. More known in our parts is Lindt chocolate which has a factory in the greater Zürich. If I figure out when they have tours I will probably go and see their production, or at least just to test out all the different chocolate.

But back to Sprügli, there are at least 3 shops in town and Mirae recommended it is a very good way to spend your money. And you can actually spend all of it as you just can’t decide what to get. One thing they are advertising are Luxemburgerli which are actually small burgers. Two parts of reeealy soft dough and a cream filling.

I just thought eh another kind of candy and sweets, they can’t really be that different. But its just sooo good that I can’t believe it can be made. The thing just melts in your mouth. Really soft and delicious flavor of the thing. Brilliant. Now all I can tell is that Swiss are really one of the finest makers of chocolate and sweet things around. If you can, you just have to try them. Luxemburgerli, or anything from Sprügli for that matter.
